Broward County Public Schools students and employees can access Lynda.com free of charge by first obtaining a NSU Alvin Sherman Library card. Go to the INsite BCPS Resources ““The Library”” section and get your NSU library card today!

How do I access LinkedIn Learning
(Note: You will need your NSU Alvin Sherman Library card / e-card to create your Lynda.com account)
From desktop or laptop computers:
1. Log in through the library​ website (sherman.library.nova.edu).
2. Type in Lynda.com under Databases by Name.
3. Type in the number on the back of your NSU Alvin Sherman Library card in the box for Broward County Patrons.
Once done, you can immediately start learning on Lynda.com​

This course use LinkedIn Learning for almost all of our Training Videos in the Digital Photography Course. You will need to set up an account to be able to access these videos. You can actually get FREE access to LinkedIn Learning if you currently live, work, attend school, or were born in Broward County. If you are enrolled in the Digital Photography Course!

Get an Instant eCard

Open your web browser and head over to the Broward Library Services page. This is where you will find the link to Apply Online for your Broward County Library Instant eCard. Click the link and fill out the form to Register

Accessing LinkedIn Learning Videos

Once you have your eCard Number, you will want to go to the NSU Sherman Library page, in order to have access to the LinkedIn Learning content required by the course. You will need to log in using this portal, in order to access the free content given to you by your Library Card.

Once you are logged in, you will see a screen like shown below. Click the Databases by Name, and type “LinkedIn Learning” into the search box (shown below) found on the right side of the website.

The link you need should appear instantly. Once you click that, you will be able to search for any LinkedIn Learning video by name, or use the links here on the website.

That’s it! You are all set to start watching our Training Videos!
